• M4 reserves rights to exit, with 60-day notice, prorated refund
• maximum liability = 100% of current period storage plan 
• all archives MUST be encrypted

• can provide MD5 checksum verification

• is not exact, subject to resource availability, on low-priority basis
• will cover retries (not 1-shot),
• defines restore point granularity
• retention period determines restore point range (RPO)
