LIMITS IN EFFECT
- Mailbox size quota: 2GB (upgradable, see Mach 4 plans)
- Max Hosted Messages: 40,000 (upgrade to 200,000/unlimited)
- Max Attachment Size: 70MB (able to send, but still subject to your recipient's limits)
Advanced setup details and options:
- POP3 port 995
(standard encrypted mail transport)
- IMAP port 993 (if you choose to use it)
- SMTP Port 587 (this will circumvent your ISP blocking default port 25)
- TLS (SSL) mode supported, considered mandatory, however...
- can be disabled if your device/software lacks
proper support
- might require updates, if your client/platform is outdated
- SMTP
requires authentication, of course
- Use same credential as Incoming Mail Server
- This has been standard practice for virtually all
providers since 2003
- Setting up on a mobile device and using
your wireless data plan (as opposed to via Wifi)
- ... means you're subject to further
carrier-/plan-specific restrictions
- e.g. some force the use of carrier's SMTP, with rules, filters & logging
- The exact procedures/strategies of compliance vary (a
consulting topic)
You can use Webmail, in addition to (or in
lieu of) installed email client. To access e-mail
from any supported
web browser, log in at: https://bravotech.us/webmail

- switch to flagging mode [SPAM?] , rather than confiscate & hold
- retrieve legitimate messages caught by server-side SPAM filtering
- by moving flagged SPAM messages back to Inbox
- if SPAM filter is enabled...
- you'll receive alerts when messages have been
caught
